A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 16, 2013, around 21:07, the Defendant: (a) had no intent to pay the amount in Esung Party D located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si; (b) had deceiving the victim C to pay the amount; and (c) had the victim got into the destination and arrived at the destination, the Defendant had not paid KRW 4,500,00.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired financial benefits by deceiving the victim.

2. On July 16, 2013, from around 21:13 to 21:28 of the same day, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s taxi business for about 15 minutes by failing to get off the taxi and preventing the victim from driving the taxi without getting off the taxi, even though the victim in F-si of the victim C who stopped in front of the 209 G apartment site in Seongdong-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Seoul, demanded several times to get off the taxi.

3. On July 16, 2013, the Defendant: (a) had the victim H, who had no intent and ability to pay the price at the “I” heading of the “I” heading G 108, Seongdong-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu; (b) had the victim induced the victim to pay the price; and (c) had the victim’s deceptioned the victim, and had the victim paid the price at that time; (d) had the amount equivalent to KRW 15,00 of the market value of KRW 12,00,000 of the market value of KRW 30,000,000 of the total amount of KRW 30,00,000 of the market value; and (e) had not paid the price.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

4. From July 16, 2013 to July 23:30, 2013, the Defendant, who interfered with the business of the victim H, expressed his desire to “unfriendly feasia, chronia,” and booming customers under the influence of alcohol in the above “I” house operated by the victim H from July 17, 2013, and prevented the victim from carrying out normal business by force.
