On October 2, 2018, the Defendant, at around 10:00 on October 2, 2018, received food and alcoholic beverages equivalent to KRW 14,00,00 by ordering 2 soldiers of the bean Republic of Korea in the amount equivalent to KRW 6,00,00 in total, as if he/she could have paid even though he/she did not have the intent or ability to pay the value of food.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired property benefits equivalent to the same amount because he did not pay the amount of money even though he was provided with food and alcoholic beverages equivalent to 57,900 won in total twice from the victims.

around 17:30 on March 21, 2019, the Defendant ordered food and alcohol to the victim while working as if the victim I would normally pay the cost of food, etc. at the J restaurant operated by Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu., and ordered food and alcohol to the victim.
