Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and by a fine of one hundred thousand won.

However, for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, in the name of “C” in Daegu Suwon-gu B, is a person who operates the Gangwon-gu kindergarten, and the victim D (the age of 26 at the time of committing the crime) is a person employed by the said “C” and worked as an employee from April 2017 to April 26, 2019 and was under the protection and supervision of the Defendant.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts in Occupational Abuse, etc.);

A. At around 14:00 on April 5, 2019, the Defendant, on one hand, committed an indecent act against the victim by putting the victim at the victim’s left right seat by putting him/her up with her at the “C’s office,” and putting him/her to sit on the part of the victim, fixing the victim’s end-off on the mast machine, and putting him/her out of the victim’s body and her end-off, and committing an indecent act against the victim by putting him/her out of the victim’s body and end-off for about one minute.

B. On April 8, 2019, at the above “C” office around 11:30, the Defendant reported the victim’s cell phone with one hand that he/she was in a rats and call, and, without any reason, committed an indecent act committed by the victim by putting the victim into a fake hand and booming the victim’s hand, with the victim’s hand, and committing an indecent act.

C. On April 8, 2019, the Defendant, at the above “C” resting room around 15:00, committed an indecent act against the victim by putting the victim’s shoulder at the victim’s shoulder, and reporting that the victim was fast while using the flag string machine, and making the victim refuse to remove the flag machine. However, the victim’s refusal to remove the flag is called “to remove the flag,” and putting the victim’s shoulder over the flag with both hands, thereby making the victim’s shoulder up for about two minutes.

On April 10, 2019, the Defendant said that at the above “C” office around 16:00 on April 10, 2019, the victim was able to sit to the chair, and that the victim would be able to go to the end. However, the victim said that the victim would go to the end.
