Defendant

A Imprisonment for one year, and each of the defendants B shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 26, 2013, the Defendants were sentenced to a maximum of two years and six months of imprisonment with labor for robbery, etc. at the Incheon District Court on July 26, 2013, and completed the enforcement of each sentence on December 7, 2015.

"2016 Highest 1066"

1. The Defendants committed a joint crime (special larceny) with the view to putting the door of a parked vehicle into the door, together with the mind of having the object stolen on the face of the door, and stolen the victims’ property for six occasions as follows.

A. On February 24, 2016, around 22:10, Defendant B: (a) opened a door of the victim E-owned F Kaxon car at the front of the 3rd parking lot, 1209-17, Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon, 1209-17, and reported the network outside the above Ba; and (b) Defendant A entered the said car into the said vehicle and stolen it with a test color tag containing the driver’s license owned by the victim, resident registration certificate, and the certificate of completion of basic construction safety and health education.

B. Defendant B, around 22:20 on February 24, 2016, at the 705 Cheongdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, opened a motor vehicle door with the registration number and the next type of a motor vehicle at the front parking lot of the Cheongdong-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, and reported the network in its neighboring areas, and Defendant A entered the said motor vehicle into the said motor vehicle and stolen it with one key to the said motor vehicle owned by the victim due to his name.

B around February 24, 2016, around 22:30, around 22:2:30, at the south-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, the driver's seat of the cargo vehicle in and around the registration number, and the network was reported, and the defendant A entered the above cargo vehicle into and stolen the cargo vehicle with one of the above cargo keys owned by the victim.

B On February 24, 2016, around 22:40, the network was reported to H, and the defendant A opened a registration number parked at that place and a driver's seat of the next-type non-motor vehicle in order to steal it with one case inside the victim's name and which was stolen.
