Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 5, 2012, at around 14:05, the Defendant driven a B-to-purd vehicle with approximately 300 meters alcohol concentration of 0.151%, from the front of a restaurant located in the Sincheon-si, Sincheon-si to the front road of the Korean apartment located in the Sincheon-si, Sincheon-si.
