Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 8, 2012, at around 15:15, the Defendant driven a 300-meter radius from the front day of the house of the Defendant to the neighboring park located in the Masan-dong in Busan-si, Gyeongsan-si, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol by 0.151% of blood alcohol concentration.
