Punishment of the crime

[Criminal record] On November 6, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (use and photographing of cameras, etc.) at the Cheongju District Court on January 28, 2016, and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 28, 2016, and the execution of the sentence was terminated at the Cheongju District Court on January 31, 2016.

[Criminal facts]

1. On February 15, 2016, the Defendant invadedd a structure by entering the partitions among the second-story female toilets underground through the entrance door for the purpose of photographing women using toilets into Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Officetel on February 15, 2016.
