1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 24,411,824 and KRW 23,774,475 from October 31, 2015 to the date of full payment.

According to the purport of Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 5 and all the arguments, the defendant, on October 1, 2014, lost the benefit of time due to non-performance of principal and interest (36 months) 26,40,000 won in total (14,70,000 won out of them shall be paid together with interest, and 11,70,000 won shall be 11,70,000 won in lump sum and shall be able to apply for the sale of vehicles at maturity or at maturity) interest rate per annum 6.9% per annum, interest rate per annum 24% per annum, interest rate per annum 24% per annum; the defendant thereafter lost the interest and interest rate per annum 24,41,824 won in unpaid amount as of October 30, 2015 and damages for delay from 204 to 37,414, 207, 304, 374, 475, 2015).

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition by admitting it.
