Reasons
Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant did not have an intent or ability to pay the price even if he/she received an order for drinking and food because there was no cash or credit card or other means of payment, the Defendant:
1. 2. On April 6, 2016, around 23:45, at the “H” restaurant for the operation of the Victim G located in Ulsandong-gu F, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, where the victim had the intent or ability to pay the price, ordering the victim to provide the victim with her alcohol and food with 15,00 won in total at the market price from the victim’s injury, she was provided with 1,000 won, 2 sick, and drinking water.
3. On April 8, 2016, around 00:10, at the “K” restaurant operated by the victim J located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., Ulsan-gu, where the victim would have the intent or ability to pay the price, he/she ordered the victim to pay the price, and he/she received one week from the victim who would have the total market value of KRW 19,00,000 and one week from the victim.
4. On April 8, 2016, at the “N station” in the operation of the Victim M located in Ulsan-gu L, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu L, the victim ordered alcohol and food to the victim as if he/she had the intent or ability to pay the completion price, and the victim was provided with the victim with only 1 Byung, 1 Byung, and mari-gu horses equivalent to the total market price of 17,000 won.
5.
