1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 27,365,200 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 29, 2015 to the day of full payment.

The Plaintiff, on January 16, 2014, and February 12, 2014, remitted money to C, the Defendant’s de facto wife, but around July 31, 2014, around August 1, 2014, to convert the loan amount of KRW 15,600,000, and the deposit amount of KRW 10,000,000 for the collection of apartment dedicated clothes into KRW 15,60,00,000. On January 5, 2015, the Plaintiff paid KRW 900,000,000 after advance payment, and KRW 865,200 on the ground that the Defendant unfairly reversed the contract.

The provisions concerning statutory interest rate under Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, Etc., amended to the effect that the statutory interest rate under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings is changed to 15% per annum from October 1, 2015.
