1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
A. From 10,00,000 to 12, 205, real estate listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. On March 12, 2015, the Plaintiff: (a) leased real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Defendant as KRW 1,200,000 per rent; (b) the deposit KRW 10,00,000; and (c) the Defendant, on March 12, 2015, on the ground that the lease contract was terminated on the ground that the lease contract was terminated on the basis that he/she paid the rent in advance on March 12, 2015; (c) a claim for the return of the rent in arrears; and (d) a claim for the reimbursement of the rent in arrears from August 12, 2015
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. The provisions concerning statutory interest rate under Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, Etc., amended to the effect that the statutory interest rate under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings is changed to 15% per annum from October 1, 2015.
