1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants

A. The Defendants decided to administer psychotropic drugs together with psychotropic drugs-related Megacules (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”). On March 5, 2019, around 23:00, the Defendants: (a) injected 0.05 g of philopon into a single-use injection machine and administered them in a single-use injection machine after dilutioning 0.05 g of philopon in the Dolsan City.

On March 16, 2019, the Defendant possessed approximately 49.11g of marijuana on the Defendant’s FK7-car stopped on the Haju-si, Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si.
