1. The plaintiff

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is an association established for the purpose of housing redevelopment improvement project implemented by the Changwon-si, the Changwon-si, the Changwon-si, the establishment authorization was granted from the Changwon-si on January 10, 201; the authorization was granted on January 18, 201; the authorization was granted on January 23, 2014; and the Changwon-si announced the management and disposal plan on January 23, 201.

B. The owners of each building located within the project zone for the said housing redevelopment improvement project are objects of cash liquidation not applying for parcelling-out, and the Plaintiff filed an application for adjudication of expropriation with the local Land Expropriation Committee of Gyeongnam-do, which did not reach an agreement with the owners on the compensation for each building indicated in the separate sheet. On April 28, 2015, the said Committee rendered an adjudication of expropriation on June 17, 2015 with respect to each building listed in the separate sheet, and the Plaintiff deposited the full amount of compensation for losses under the said adjudication of expropriation on May 27, 2015.
