1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,000,000 and the interest rate from June 16, 2007 to the day of full payment.

1. On June 15, 2007, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent KRW 30 million to Defendant B with interest rate of KRW 2.5% per month and due date of payment on June 14, 2008, and Defendant C guaranteed the principal and interest obligation of Defendant B on the same day.

Accordingly, the Plaintiff jointly and severally filed the instant lawsuit against the Defendants to seek payment of the interest and delay damages calculated at the rate of 30% per annum, which is the agreed interest rate from June 16, 2007 to the date of full payment.
