1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. On August 18, 2009, the Plaintiff was subject to a disposition of enlistment in physical Grade I in the draft physical around the summer of the first year at a university, and completed five-day new military training at the New Military Education Team of the 28th National Armed Forces on August 18, 2009 after entering the 306 Supplementary Military Training Team in the Army.
9. On June 14, 201, the branch office No. 28, 201, serving as B-S equipment supply soldiers, and was discharged on June 14, 201.
B. On November 23, 2012, the Plaintiff filed an application for registration of persons who have rendered distinguished services to the State with respect to the Defendant on March 28, 2013, alleging that he/she repeatedly transferred heavy things at the warehouse-related work site without any credit, and received treatment at his/her own house, and received treatment at the National Armed Forces Dong Hospital every week (hereinafter “instant injury and disease”). However, on March 28, 2013, the Defendant: (a) confirmed that the Plaintiff was out of work performed at a warehouse without any credit; (b) confirmed that the person eligible for veteran’s compensation was out of work performed at the warehouse without any credit; (c) confirmed that the person eligible for veteran’s compensation was out of the past medical records before entering the warehouse; and (d) confirmed that there was no direct causal relation between the person who has rendered distinguished services to the State and the Act on Persons of Distinguished Services to the State, with respect to his/her medical opinions or treatment based on the results of an individual medical advice on CD image, and thus, found that the relevant person’s death and treatment requirements are not within the Act.
