A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The defendant shall be liable to the applicant C for the damage KRW 207,50,000.

Punishment of the crime

On July 26, 2017, the Defendant sold the game money amounting to KRW 13.50 million on the Internet F car page at around the Busan-gu Busan-gu Busan-dong, and around July 26, 2017, the Defendant sold the game money to the F car page.

“The remittance of money to the victim G who reported and contacted the comments posted” will send the game money.

However, the defendant did not own game money, so even if he received the price from the injured party, he did not have the intention or ability to sell it.

As above, the Defendant deceiving the victim and received KRW 108,00 from the victim to the account under the name of the Defendant for sales proceeds of the game money in the same day from the victim, as well as deceiving 35 victims by the same method over 35 times from around that time to October 24, 2017, thereby deceiving 4,478,100 in total from the victims.

On September 21, 2017, the Defendant sold 6S opphones to the country’s “S” in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City H around September 21, 2017.

“To send money to the victim J that reported and contacted the comments posted” shall be sent to the victim J.

However, since the defendant did not own a mobile phone, even if he received the payment from the injured party, he did not have the intention or ability to sell it.

The Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim as above and received 350,000 won from the victim as the price for the goods on the same day; (b) and (c) deceiving the victims by the same method five times from around that time to October 21, 2017, as shown in the attached Table 2 of the List of Crimes, and received a total of KRW 870,000 from the victims, and acquired it by deceiving them.
