1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

Reasons
1. The grounds for the judgment of the court of first instance shall be cited pursuant to the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act citing the judgment of the court of first instance
However, the judgment of the court of first instance is partially dismissed as follows.
2. The part of the judgment of the court of first instance, 2.8 pages 8 of the judgment of the court of first instance, "the plaintiff" shall be added to "the defendant".
In the first instance judgment 5 to 19, “The fact that the Defendant did not sign and affix a seal on his/her joint and several sureties or debtor qualification” is added to “The third debt is not a returned amount out of advance payment paid by the Plaintiff in relation to the business of the Plaintiff, which is not a debt of the nature that the Defendant is liable to the Defendant’s individual from the original point of view, and all monetary transactions between the Plaintiff, including the third debt, including that the account in the name of C was used, and that the account in the name of the Defendant was not used.”
