1. The Defendants each of KRW 300,000 to the Plaintiff, respectively, and 5% per annum from February 6, 2014 to May 24, 2018.

According to the overall purport of the statements and arguments set forth in subparagraphs A through 17 above, the Plaintiff posted a letter “E” and the title “F” under the name of “D” from the Internet Personal Broadcasting TV operated by the African TV Co., Ltd. (afrecom). ① Defendant B connected to the said broadcast on February 2, 2014, “G” on the open hold to be viewed by many unspecified viewers, namely, “G”, in North Korea, was written on the face of Ara, pit, D, and pit as soon as possible, and ② Defendant C posted a letter “H” on February 4, 2014.

Thus, the defendants are entitled to KRW 300,000,00 for each of them to the plaintiff.
