1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The status of the Plaintiff A and B is the parents of the network E (FF, hereinafter “the deceased”), and the Plaintiff C and D are the siblings of the Deceased.
B. On July 2015, Plaintiff B and the Deceased entered into a travel contract (hereinafter “instant travel contract”) with Defendant Samsung F&D (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) and Defendant D&D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant D&D”) on a travel (from August 4, 2015 to August 8, 2015, the travel period was 3 hours (including 1 day in the flag) from August 4, 2015 to 3 days before the same month, the destination and schedule of the travel, the passenger’s transportation and accommodation, and the details of the services, such as transportation and accommodation, provided to the consumer who wishes to travel abroad, and the travel was planned and carried out by inviting the participating consumer to participate in the travel; hereinafter “instant travel”).
C. (1) On August 4, 2015, Plaintiff B and the Deceased (hereinafter “Plaintiffs, etc.”) arrived at the Vietnam War G hotel (hereinafter “instant hotel”) located in the Vietnam War G hotel (hereinafter “instant hotel”) located in the accommodation place after completing the tourist schedule.

At around 18:00 on the same day, water play was conducted in a swimming pool on the fourth floor of the hotel of this case (hereinafter “instant swimming pool”).

(3) The Deceased was under medical treatment at an Ihospal, but died of the cardio-cerebrovascis, pulmonary part, etc. on the following day at around 4:15.
