1. The defendant's appeal is dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Defendant.

Reasons
1. In the first instance court, the Plaintiff filed a claim for KRW 52,148,250 for compensation for losses on the ground axiss (hereinafter “the instant land”) of KRW 1,871,50 square meters for permanent residence, and KRW 52,148,250 for compensation for losses on the land axiss (hereinafter “the instant land”) of KRW 780 square meters for permanent residence, and the first instance court rejected the remainder of the claims under the above paragraph (1) and (2).
As to this, the defendant only appealed with regard to the part of the above claim (2) as stated in the purport of the above appeal, the scope of the court's trial is limited to the above claim (2).

A. C. The Central Land Tribunal rendered an objection on February 17, 2012 (hereinafter “Adjudication”): The content of the adjudication: The application for the increase of compensation for losses for each of the above land is dismissed, and the compensation for losses for the obstacles in this case is increased to KRW 268,304,300; the State appraisal corporation and the stock company.
