Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2013 Highest 1100: The Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.0 million on March 14, 2013 to a fine of KRW 1.5 million on March 19, 2013 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Sungnam branch of the Suwon District Court, and a fine of KRW 1.5 million by the same court on March 19, 2013.
On March 10, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol 0.069% of blood alcohol concentration on March 23:26, 2013, driven a Clearning car at a section of about 30 meters from the parking lot at the lower end of the Seoul Dognam Highway Seoul Office to the same lower end station.

1. Interference with the business of victims D;
A. On January 10, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 24:00, at the F User Fee operated by the victim D (V, 52 years of age) located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E, the Defendant saw all of the postle bars used by the police; and (b) caused the customers to go to the front seat of the front seat, thereby obstructing the victim’s user’s business by force.
B.
