A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Interference with business;

A. On August 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime against the Victim C in the middle of August 2014, 2014, the Defendant: (b) took the view of the victim C, which was operated by the victim C in the Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, with a heavy view to under the influence of alcohol; (c) obstructed the victim’s above restaurant business by force, by preventing customers from entering the said restaurant from entering the restaurant; (d) on October 14, 2014, the Defendant, who committed the crime at early October 2014, 2014, took a bath of the victim C with a heavy interest of drinking alcohol at the early night in the E frequency of 2014; and (e) obstructed the victim’s business restaurant by demanding the victim to use money from around 10,14, 2014, by forcing the customer to out or to enter the restaurant by using it; and (e) obstructed the victim’s business restaurant by force.

2) On February 23, 2015, the Defendant, at around 21:30 on February 23, 2015, demanded the victim to pay money from the user fee set forth in the above-mentioned Paragraph (1) and refused it by the victim, thereby preventing other customers from entering the said business establishment by putting the victim on a shock splow, sprinking the floor on the floor, taking a large amount of excreta, etc., thereby obstructing the victim’s user business by force.

3) On February 24, 2015, the Defendant, at around 00:30 on February 24, 2015, obstructed the victim’s user’s business by force by lest 2 customers in the name-free on the floor who were located in the said place of business do so by putting them on a shock field, spiting them on the floor, taking them into large interest, etc., without any special reason at the user’s source under the above paragraph (1).

C. The Defendant committed a crime against the victim I is a victim under the jurisdiction of Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City around February 28, 2015.
