Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 4, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. in the Suwon District Court's Sungnam branch on July 16, 2019, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on July 16, 2019.
1. Around 10:00 on March 10, 2019, the Defendant: (a) obtained one F card owned by the victim E (Nam, 23 years old); (b) but returned it to the victim; or (c) embezzled the property that left the possession of the victim without reporting it to the police office; and (d) embezzled the property that left the possession of the victim without reporting it to the police office.
2. Fraud;

with the card obtained, as in paragraph 11:48 of the same day, including the receipt of property equivalent to KRW 4,500 in the amount of KRW 4,500, by presenting it at the convenience store C, as if it were one of its card, to the employee, at the end of 11:48 of the same day;
(b) purchase, in the same manner, 13:54, G in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Seoul-si, and 2 Jeju Jeju Jeju-do, and receive property equivalent to 11,480 won;
(c)purchase one sheet in the same manner at the same place as above 14:21 on the same day, and receive property equivalent to 2,780 won;
(d) in the same manner take out the proprietary benefits equivalent to 3,00 won of the taxi rate by boarding Isi in front of the Geumjin-gu, Magjin-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, 14:27 on the same day;
(e) in the same manner pay 3,700 won or more of taxi fares by boarding Lies in theJ of the Jung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Sung-gu, Sung-gu in the same manner at around 14:44 on the same day, and taking the financial benefits of that amount;
(f) in the same manner, at around 15:59 Sungnam-si M and at the N store middle-dong store, one day per year was purchased and received property equivalent to 3,800 won.
3. The card acquired under the name of another person as stated in Paragraph 1 of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act violation was used as the same as Paragraph 2, and the total amount of 29,260 won was used unlawfully over six times.
