Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim’s check check at the cash payment machine installed at the entrance of Sungnam-si Branch B and 114 C convenience stores around 23:50 on November 27, 2015; (b) discovered the victim’s check; and (c) caused the victim’s check by taking advantage of the gap where surveillance in the surrounding areas was neglected.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

2. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in fraud and credit finance;

A. On November 27, 2015, the Defendant purchased 1 A, which was the horse 4,500 won at the market price within the convenience store of Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, 23:50 on November 27, 2015, and 114, purchased 4,500 won prior to requisitiond tobacco, and had the point point to the point to which the D bank cream card was stolen, such as the above paragraph 1, by deceiving the point to the point to the point to which it was the card, and by inducing the point to prepare the sales slip to the point to which it was believed to have the point to have the point to believe, thereby denying the purchase price and using the stolen card;

B. On the above day, within the convenience point of "E" Nos. 23:52, 110 of Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, by the foregoing method, 1 Boli tobacco purchases 1 Boli-gu, Mali-gu, Mali-si, and approved 45,000 won, so that another person's physical fitness card which obtained by deception and stolen the amount equivalent to the above amount is used unlawfully;

C. On the above day, within the “G pharmacy” located in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, Seoul-si, Seoul-si, 23:59, to approve KRW 15,000 in the above method, and as such, to approve KRW 15,000, the amount equivalent to the above amount, and to unlawfully use another person’s physical fitness card that stolen and stolen it;

D. Around 00:49 on November 28, 2015, within the “I convenience store” of Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-do, H and 1st floor of Gyeonggi-si, and I convenience store: (a) obtained approval of the juice 1,950 won by the said method; (b) obtained by defraudation of the equivalent amount; and (c) unlawfully uses another person’s physical fitness card;

F. On the above day, around 01:57, alcohol and alcohol at the above place.
