Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

around 02:20 on September 20, 2019, the Defendant, “200 High 497,” committed a theft of the victim’s property by inserting two goods worth KRW 7,800 in total of market prices, such as 4,500 T&P 3,300, and 7,800, which were displayed in the store by taking advantage of the gaps of the employee’s surveillance at the C convenience stores located in Suwon-si District B. Around 202:20 on September 20, 2019.

1. On August 18, 2019, the Defendant acquired one credit card card of one bank owned by the victim F on the front day of the building, which was lost by the victim F, on August 20, 2019.

The Defendant did not follow necessary procedures such as returning the goods acquired as above to the victim, and embezzled the goods that he/she had on his/her own mind and left the possession of the victim.

2. Computer etc. fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act;

A. On August 19, 2019, the Defendant collected the credit card from one bank in the name of the victim F, as described in paragraph (1), using an unmanned information device (one-name “KIKO”) installed at the “HPC operated by the victim with no knowledge of the name located in G in the Young-si Area G” on August 19, 2019, and paid 30,000 won for the PC bank by dividing the fee charging charges into the aforesaid unmanned information device, as described in paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the defendant acquired property benefits by inputting information without authority into a computer and other information processing device, and used the lost credit card by F.

B. On August 19, 2019, the Defendant’s credit card in the name of one bank in the name of the victim F, which was obtained as described in paragraph (1), by using the unmanned information device (so-called “kiskk”) installed at the center, operated by the victim, who is unable to know the name I located in the Young-si flood area around 21:06.
