However, the Defendant was arrested by a police officer under diving, and the Defendant did not have attempted to flee but failed to do so at the wind.

3. Around 17:00 on October 7, 2018, the Defendant administered phiphonephones in a way that 0.1g of phiphones from the Defendant’s home located in Daegu-gu G and in the second floor to the coffee.
