The first instance court.

1. The reasoning for the court’s explanation of this case is as stated in the reasoning for the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the dismissal or addition of some contents as set forth in paragraph (2) below, and thus, it is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. The judgment of the court of first instance No. 6 of the part which is dismissed or added "the party to the contract of this case is deemed to be the plaintiff and the defendant." "It is reasonable to see that the party to the contract of this case is also the plaintiff in the party to the contract of this case."
