Reasons
Punishment of the crime
From July 5, 2005 to June 19, 2012, when the Defendant hospitalized 10 insurance companies, including interesting life insurance, into illness and disaster, the Defendant may purchase insurance products with a daily maximum of 400,000 won per day from 10,000 won to 10,000 won per day in proportion to the number of days of hospitalization, as well as from 10,000 won per day from 10,000 won to 30,000 won per day from 10,000 won in proportion to the number of days of hospitalization.
After being insured, each insurance company, such as interest country life, etc., to believe only the details of diagnosis and hospitalization issued by the hospital about the necessity of hospitalization for the insured, the suitability of the hospitalization period, and the written confirmation of operation, etc., and to provide insurance money to beneficiaries with sufficient pains and drugs using the insurance terms and conditions, the Defendant was able to provide medical treatment by using one’s own disease or falsely appealing false pains, thereby repeatedly receiving insurance money with excessive false hospitalization under the name of disease, such as acute organ infection, knee-path, and fe-pathitis.
The Defendant, from February 6, 2009 to March 9, 2009, 32 days from around 31, 2009, had been hospitalized in a D hospital located in C in the window of Changwon-si under the name of Sinwon-si (hereinafter “D hospital”) for 32 days from around 6, 200 to around 32 days, and acquired KRW 10,181,50 from the insurance company, including the following: (a) from October 2, 2007 to June 7, 2012, the 21st hospital located in Changwon-si and in the 21st hospital located in Sinnam-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Mane-si, and the 2-39 days in the list of crimes in the attached Table 2-19 days in total; and (b) received KRW 29,700,000 from the Hen National Life Insurance (State) for admission, and acquired KRW 1814,25155.
