Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. From around 11:30 on June 22, 2012 to 17:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) from around 11:30 on June 22, 2012 to around 17:00 on the same day, a person who first takes three points to score at H “H” restaurant located in Nam-si G via Tyang-si by using 51 scamcam 51; (b) paid 1:50,000 won per point to the longer person; and (c) based on the amount of KRW 10,000,000 won which is less than 30,000 won in the Chinese market, the Defendant first received two scam saws and then received two scam scam scam scam scam scam scam scam scam scam scam scamscams which were later received.
