Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On 2011, the Defendant issued a credit card under the name of the Defendant with no particular income from the date in which it was difficult for the Defendant to use his living style, and issued a credit card under the name of the Defendant to offer KRW 10 million on the face of the purchase of the vehicle with the said card, and sentenced the Defendant to purchase the vehicle with the credit card.

However, even if the defendant obtained a credit card from the Hyundai Card Company, he did not have the intent or ability to pay the approval price.

On August 10, 2011, the Defendant issued a “on-site card M3” credit card at the Victim Card D office located on the seventh floor of the Seoul Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Seoul Special Metropolitan City Seoul Special Metropolitan City Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Seoul Special Metropolitan City Office on the 11th day of the same month, and the Defendant purchased a G car car at the car car F agency located in the Seoul Special Metropolitan Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Special Metropolitan City Special Metropolitan City, and approved the purchase price of the car

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 17 million from the victim to purchase the vehicle.
