Text
1. The sales contract concluded on April 1, 2013 with respect to the real estate listed in the separate sheet 1 between the Defendant and B and the real estate listed in the separate sheet 2 shall be revoked as of April 2, 2013.
2. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 600,000,000 won with 5% interest per annum from the day following the day this judgment became final and conclusive to the day of complete payment.
3. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the defendant.
