Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a CBS car.

On October 1, 2013, at around 22:25, the Defendant operated a dong-ri, in front of a restaurant, which is located in the Bupyeong-gu, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, North Korea, at an indefinite speed.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to properly see the front side and the left side and the left side, and to accurately manipulate the steering direction and brakes so as to prevent accidents.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and neglected to proceed at the edge of the road, followed the right side of the Erocketing car owned by the victim D, and received the part as fences in front of the right side of the car above.

The Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol 0.106% at the above temporary border, was driving the said vehicle at a distance of approximately 300 meters from the trade name in front of the non-cafeteriaed cafeteria in the Bupyeong-gun, Northern-gun, Northern-gun, and the same Ri from the day before the restaurant to the front of the restaurant.
