1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 28, 2013 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On October 28, 201, the Plaintiff: (a) determined on October 28, 201, the interest rate of KRW 30 million to the Defendant at 36% per annum; and (b) on December 27, 2011, the due date for repayment was determined and lent.
B. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated by the rate of 15% per annum that the Plaintiff seeks from June 28, 2013 to the date of full payment under the Interest Limitation Act, which is within the limit of the interest limitation law that the Plaintiff seeks from June 28, 2013 to the date of full payment.
