When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates an animal transport business with the trade name of “D” in Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Incheon, the Defendant is the user of ERano five tons of cargo vehicles.

The owner or user of a private-use truck shall not provide or lease such private-use truck commercially for transport purposes.

Nevertheless, around 08:34 April 7, 2015, the Defendant entered into a transport contract with F and paid article on the street in front of 1914 Jeju-dong 1914 Jeju-dong 1914 Jeju-dong apartment complex 402, and provided five tons of freight cars, a private truck, for transportation purposes.
