Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates an article center with the trade name of “D” in Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si C.

The owner or user of a private-use truck shall not provide or lease such private-use truck commercially for transport purposes.

[2013, 977] On October 11, 2012, the Defendant requested transportation of 10:30,000,000 from Guro-gu Seoul, 101, 801, to the road front of Seoul F apartment 104, 1001, and provided G self-owned trucks owned by the Defendant for transportation purposes at a cost.

1. On June 21, 2012, around 10:30 on June 21, 2012, the Defendant: (a) requested transportation of moving from Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City H to I multi-household housing; and (b) provided J-owned trucks owned by the Defendant for transportation of cargo at a cost.

2. On August 17, 2012, around 08:30 on August 17, 2012, the Defendant requested transportation of 40,000 won from the same L Building from 107, 2404, Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, to 107, 2404, and provided a private truck owned by the Defendant for transportation of cargo at a cost

[2013 Goun1894] On December 16, 2012, the Defendant requested transportation of 80,000 won from the same Gu N apartment to the same Dong-dong M building 402, Nam-gu, Incheon, Incheon, and provided the G and J-owned truck for transportation purposes at a cost.

[2013 Highly 202] On December 11, 2012, the Defendant requested transportation of 6.30,000 won from the Ombag-gu, Seocheon-gu P from Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, U.S. P, and provided G private-use truck owned by the Defendant for transportation for compensation.
