Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On June 29, 2015, the Defendant driven C-to-be under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.258% without a driver’s license in a section of about 100 meters from the street park located in Yacheon-si, Busan-si to the 298 Yacheon-si, Busan-si, Yacheon-si, Busan-si, the Defendant driven C-to-be under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.258% without a driver’s license.

(b) No automobile shall be operated on a road which has not been subscribed for mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act;

Nevertheless, at around 21:30 on June 29, 2015, the Defendant driven a car insurance policy at approximately 100 meters section from the street park in Bupyeong-gu, Seocheon-gu, Busan to the 298-dong, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, Samcheon-si, Samcheon-si, and the above C Obaba.

2. Defendant B

A. On June 29, 2015, the Defendant, at around 21:30 on June 29, 2015, driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.117% from the 1km section of approximately 1km-dong, Seocheon-si, Samcheon-si, Samcheon-si, Samcheon-si, 298.

(b) No automobile shall be operated on a road which has not been subscribed for mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act;

Nevertheless, at around 21:30 on June 29, 2015, the Defendant driven a car without purchasing a mandatory motor vehicle insurance policy from approximately 1 km section from the offbacheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan City to the 298-dong, Seocheon-gu, Busan Metropolitan City.
