A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than five months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 1, 2014, at around 08:15, the Defendant driven a vehicle B K7m without a driver’s license from a section of approximately 150 meters from the front line of the central horse located in the crossing-ri, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do to the front road located in the same Eup/Myeon.
