Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates the “C main points” in Gyeongnam-gun, Gyeongnam-gun.

1. A person who intends to operate an entertainment shop business without permission shall obtain a business license from the competent authorities; however, the Defendant does not obtain a business license from the competent authorities;

On April 12, 2018, around 22:00, at the above “C main shop”, D and E, an entertainment worker, in combination with two customers, such as F, a customer, who found the place, engaged in entertainment business without permission in a manner that arouses amusement by drinking alcohol and singing together.

B. On July 2, 2018, around 20:30, at the above “C main shop”, G and H engaged in entertainment business without permission in combination with two persons, including I, a customer who found his/her place of entertainment, and engaged in entertainment business by drinking alcohol and singing together.

2. Notwithstanding that no person arranged to provide entertainment services may drink alcoholic beverages with customers, provide entertainment services to customers by singing or dancing, or arrange other persons to provide entertainment services at a place where the person provides entertainment services for profit;

A. The date and time set forth in the above 1-A, and the place of the above 1-A demand from two customers, such as F, etc., who find the place of the said request, arranged two entertainment entertainment loans including D, and promised the above entertainment loans to offer 20,000 won per hour to the above entertainment services, thereby leading customers to attend the drinking place and drinking alcohol and singing together with other entertainment services.

B. The date and time stated in the above 1-B B, and the place of the above 1-B request from two customers, such as I, etc. who find the place, and arranged two entertainment entertainment loans including G, etc. to offer them to the above entertainment loan in return for the promise of 30,000 won per hour to the above entertainment loan, and arranged them to provide entertainment services, such as drinking together with drinking, drinking, singing, etc.
