Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On 16:51 on 21, 2013, the Defendant driven approximately 1 kilometer from the road front of the Defendant’s house in Pohang-gu, North Korea to the road front of the interesting village in the same City, in the state of the alcohol concentration of 0.145 percent of the blood alcohol concentration.
