Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a general restaurant in the name of “C cafeteria” in Gyeongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun.

No person who sells or provides agricultural and fishery products after cooking shall make a false indication of the country of origin or make a false indication that may cause confusion as to such products.

Nevertheless, from September 18, 2012 to March 4, 2013, the Defendant purchased a total of 140 won of 2,320 to 2,600 won per 1 package of the Australian Soviet (600g, 1 man-minute) and sold 140 won of the said restaurant after cooking and selling it in the instant restaurant, with the Defendant indicated the place of origin as “the Republic of Korea Chinese rain” in a separate place of origin display board as “the Republic of Korea rain”, and indicating that “the country of origin of swine, swine, cattle, rice, and kimchi are domestically under the influence of the Republic of Korea.” The Defendant prepared and sold food materials to customers in the same way as 1,00 won per 1,00,127,100,100 won per 1,000 won per 1,000 won per 1,000 won per 3,000 won per 1,000 won per 1,000 won.
