A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who violates the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (hereinafter referred to as "the Aggravated Punishment, etc.") is a person engaged in driving a Cunst-Pacific cargo vehicle.

2.
