[2017 Highest 1571] On March 17, 2017, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle with the Crocketing traffic without a driver’s license, while under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.143%, from the 7km section to the front road of the Cheongdong-dong Fire Office located in the Gesung-gun Eup Eup, 785-5 East-dong Fire Office located in the same military.

[2017 Highest 2262] On May 11, 2017, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol 0.252% during blood transfusion, driven a car without obtaining a driver’s license from the 14km section from the roads near the Eastern Fire Office located in the center of the Gesung-gun, Masung-gun, Seoul, to the front road of the Defendant’s residence located in the Southern Masung-gun, without obtaining a driver’s license.

[2017 Highest 2724] On April 3, 2017, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle with Crocketing traffic in a section of about 500 meters in front of the lower salary distance in the west of the same military, which is under the influence of alcohol of 0.084 percent during blood while under the influence of alcohol at around 20:55.
