Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for a period of one year and two months and by a fine of two hundred thousand won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of the electric kickboard without a license plate (the rated output: 100w).

1. On September 17, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) and proceeded with the roads front of the Il-gu B apartment at the Gyeonggi-gu, Busan-gu, without obtaining a motorcycle driver's license on September 17, 2018.

2. On September 17, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Death, etc.) driven the said motorcycle, as indicated in paragraph 1, and driven the two-lanes of the two-lanes of the two-lanes of the two-lanes in front of the B apartment in Gyeonggi-gu, U.S. at the high speed of the game, the two-lanes of the two-lanes of the two-lanes of the two-lanes of the two-lanes of the front

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the death of the said victim due to the above occupational negligence at the E Hospital located in Sinsan-gu, Sinsan-gu, U.S. on October 7, 2018, around 06:15, the Defendant caused the death of the said victim due to brain ties.
