1. The judgment of the court of first instance is modified as follows.

The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 918,624 as well as to the plaintiff on December 27, 2017.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is a person who manufactures and sells interior works, etc. under the trade name of “C,” and the Defendant is the representative of an online marketing enterprise that reports and conducts advertising business on July 17, 2017 and September 18, 2018, respectively, with the trade name of “D.”

B. Around August 2017, the Plaintiff received the phone call from E, a Defendant’s employee, and then divided the conversations using E and F, and then concluded a contract on August 28, 2017, according to the evidence Nos. 1 and Nos. 1 and 1, the contractual date of the contract is August 24, 2017, but the Plaintiff appears to have concluded a contract on the date when the contract was received through F from the Defendant.

On September 1, 2017, the Defendant entered into an advertising agency contract (hereinafter “instant contract”) with the following content, and paid KRW 1320,000 to the Defendant (hereinafter “instant price”).

Terms and conditions of the product classification of Blog Experience Advertising Agreement: Advertising cost, flag marketing cost, and all the expenses for 12 months, such as the Plaintiff’s fee, prize money, etc., which may be additionally incurred for the advertisement of the Experience Group : Experience-(1-2 week requirements) experience and hosting (4-5 week requirements) - Experience Advertising - regardless of the number of total 4-5 weeks requirements/number of times, support items to be provided for 12 months during the 12-month period regardless of the number of the number of persons: 3,960,000 won: Management period of 1,320,000 won (including VT):
