A A shall be punished by a fine of 6 million won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of 7 million won.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

The “C” website is an Internet gambling site that allows gambling games, such as “Bara,” and “pathing,” which are determined by chance by soliciting many unspecified persons as members through Internet and text advertising, while changing domain address and entrance and exit, etc. from time to time, and allowing them to do so.

1. On February 26, 2015, Defendant B subscribed to the Internet gambling site “C” in the PC room located in Sinsi-dong, Sinsi-si, Sinsi-si, and then, Defendant B transferred KRW 3,000,000 from his own corporate bank E account to the company bank G account in the name of the F Bank in the name of the company E account, and carried out a game called “mail” that receives dividends if the Plaintiff entered a public figure in the number of 0 to 36.

From this time to January 22, 2016, the Defendant 200 won in total 184,700,000 won through 213 times as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table 1. The Defendant her gambling.

2. On August 27, 2015, Defendant H joined the Internet gambling site “C” on the Internet gambling site “C” in Sinsi-dong, Sinsi-si, Sinsi-si, and the Defendant immediately transferred KRW 185,000 to the K account of a limited company designated by “C” from the Saemaul Treasury J account in the name of Dongi-dong to the K account of a limited company designated by “C,” and divided the card into the bank and falcing, and determined that the number of card was the largest end, and received money from fals, and 0.5 times of receiving money from the bank.

From this point of time to January 22, 2016, the Defendant saw 149,690,000 won in total over 361 times, as shown in Annex 2 List of Crimes.
