A shall be punished by a fine of 4 million won and by a fine of 2.5 million won, respectively.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 19, 2015, Defendant A entered the Internet gambling site “E” with the ID of “E” in the Defendant’s residence located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, and immediately transfer KRW 1,00,000 from the Defendant’s bank account (F) to the National Bank account in the name of “D” to the Defendant’s bank account in the name of “B” and divided the card into a bank and flas, and then divided into a card with a maximum of KRW 10,000 won from the minimum amount of KRW 10,000 per game to the end of the card number of KRW 9,000,000, and received 200,000 won and 10,000 won from 10,000 won to 7,000 won from 20,000 won and 15,000 won from 20,000 won to 15,000 won from 25,00.

2. On November 21, 2015, Defendant B, at the Defendant’s home located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City G Housing 301, subscribed to the membership of “H” with the ID of “H” on the Internet gambling website, and immediately transferred KRW 1,00,000 from the corporate bank account (I) in the Defendant’s name to the Korean bank account (J) in the name of “D,” and divided the card into a bank and francing with the card, and then transferred KRW 5,00,000 from the minimum amount of KRW 5,00 per game to the 300,000,000 to the end of the card number to the 9,000, and returned KRW 100,000 to the 15,250,000,000,000 won to the 10,0000 won and KRW 10,000,000,000,000.
