1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On March 17, 2008, the Green Damage Insurance Co., Ltd. entered into an insurance contract with Defendant A as indicated in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”). On May 3, 2013, the Plaintiff was transferred the status of the Green Damage Insurance Co., Ltd. under the insurance contract by the ruling of the Financial Services Commission.
B. On May 1, 2010, Defendant B received hospitalized treatment for 356 days until June 29, 2013, including those for which C Hospital received hospitalized treatment for 10 days from C Hospital as indicated in the following table. By July 4, 2013, Defendant B received KRW 2,7430,000,000 from the Plaintiff as the insurance contract of this case.
