Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 13:00 on June 2, 2013, the Defendant, while driving a car B, driving a two-lane between the two-lanes near the Chocheon-dong in Yangcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, and driving from the side of Kimcheon-si to the composition of Kimcheon-si, the Defendant, while neglecting the duty of Jeoncheon-si in the front line, neglected to drive the victim C (79 years old) (79 years old) while driving a car in the front line due to negligence in the course of the duty of Jeoncheon-si and was on the front part of the said car.
