All prosecutions against the Defendants are dismissed.

1. On April 26, 2013, the Defendants conspired with the female, and were aware that the husband of the Defendant A would have the wind with the victim F and the wind before the Security Office for D Co., Ltd. located in Ma, the Defendant’s husband, and found the victim’s company in the presence of 10 employees, such as workplace rent, and insultd the victim publicly by saying, “I have any text evidence, if I have ever changed, I have the same flussium, I have the same flusium, and the F year would have long hole, if I have the same flusium, I have the same flusium, and the victim was sexually insulting.”

2. The instant facts charged against the Defendants are crimes falling under Article 311 of the Criminal Act, which can be prosecuted only when the victim files a complaint pursuant to Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act. According to the records, the victim can be found to have withdrawn the complaint against the Defendants on September 13, 2013, which is after the instant indictment. Thus, the prosecution is dismissed pursuant to Article 327 subparag. 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
