Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, around December 3, 2012, held a project explanation meeting, such as the establishment of I, to the victim D, E, F, G, and H at the fifth floor project explanation meeting of the C coffee shop in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and, on the condition that he purchases the 189 learning machine in purchasing the 189 learning machine on the condition that 107,352,000 won, he shall be paid 50,000 won if he purchases the 189 learning machine to attract investment, and 100 local headquarters can be established through 35,000 local headquarters nationwide, and all materials and teaching materials to attract children are prepared to complete, so that he/she will establish the Kacheon Headquarters (Dongdong Headquarters) in the Labor-oriented Republic of Korea as an education-oriented area. However, the facts indicate that the defendant's charges of 300 million won or more are "6-700 million won or more," which seems to be based on the defendant's statement at the prosecutor's office.

Based on more objective NICE Credit Rating (State) response to an order to submit documents, this part shall be amended.

The K Yangcheon Headquarters has no intention or ability to establish the K Yangcheon Headquarters because it has been in a bad credit condition, such as debt, and the learning machine has not been fully developed.

On December 3, 2012, the Defendant received 20 million won from the victim under the pretext of investment in the establishment of the above K Yangcheon Headquarters from the victim. On December 4, 2012, the Defendant received 1.5 million won in our card (credit card number: L), 5 million won in our company card (M) and 3.5 million won in the form of payment by the said credit card.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.
